摘要
由于产品工艺数据类型与结构的复杂性和数据处理模式的多变性,传统产品工艺数据很难实现产品工艺数据的充分表达和工艺数据库的共享与重用,因此笔者基于可重构的理念提出了一种实现产品工艺数据库的新方法,即用户对产品工艺资源建立数据模型并将其通过作者开发的模板生成器完成数据库的架构并生成相关的用户操作模板,从而实现对不同产品资源的重构、工艺数据的充分表达和工艺知识的共享与重用。文中主要介绍了可重构理念和产品工艺数据库的功能需求分析以及可重构产品工艺数据库的功能模块和实现原理。
For the complexity of product-craft data type and the levity of data processing mode, to realize the abundant expression of the product-craft data and the repeated use of craft database, we put forward the idea of reconfigurable product-craft database. Namely user set up data model with product-craft resource and turned data model into the framework of database through the template-builder that we developed, and realized the reconfiguration and share of different product-craft resource. This article also mainly introduced the function module and realization principle of the idea of reconfiguration and the function demand of product-craft database.
