摘要
物流管理人才是我国 2 1世纪的紧缺人才之一 ,但对人才的培养不可操之过急。应当研究人才成长规律 ,分析物流管理人才的类型 ,建立多层次物流管理教育体系 ,培养现代物流人才 。
Logistics management professionals is one of the short professionals of our country in the 21st century.But it cannot be so hurried to educate professionals.We should study the law of professionals,development and analyse the sort of logistics management professionals,construct the logistics management education systems at different levels,and educate logistics professionals,to accelerate the development of our logistics industry.
