摘要
免疫算法是模拟生物免疫系统抗体和抗原相亲和机理的一种全局优化算法,由于多样度与亲和度计算困难,抗体与抗原采用二进制编码,算法的多样性及应用范围受到严重局限。本文提出基于信息熵的多样度和亲和度的计算方法,有效地提高了免疫算法的多样性,扩展了其应用范围。
s:Immune Algorithm is an all-round optimizing algorithm of simulating the affinity mechanism between antibodies and antigens in biologic immunity system. Because of the difficulty in calculating diversity and affinity, the antibodies and antigens are adopted binary code, but the diversity of algorithm and its application range are limited seriously. This paper puts forward another algorithm of calculating diversity and affinity on the basis of information entropy, which may effectively multiple the diversity of immune algorithm and thus extend its application range.
