摘要
在分析我国社科基金项目管理梯度、结构的基础上,指出了管理梯度结构与管理需求的矛盾,进而提出了地方(省级)社科基金实施层级管理的概念与构建模式,并对层级管理的实践进行了阐述,对于解决目前社科项目研究中存在的管理体系不全、管理队伍不足等问题具有重要的现实意义。
This paper analyses the existing management construction and methods of social science foundation, and suggests that the conflicts between laddered management and requirement. It puts forth some concepts and constructive suppositions of layer management for the local (provincial) social science foundation, and expounds the practice in layer management of local social science foundation.The paper aims at providing significant solutions to the problems in current social science research, such as the unimplemented management system and the shortage of the administrative personnel, etc.
