乡镇企业异军突起,是中国改革开放中最令人注目的成就之一。充分利用改革开放的政策环境,始终保持市场调节的运作方式,不断完善富有活力的企业机制,逐步优化各级政府的支持体系,使乡镇企业迅猛发展,成为我国发展社会主义市场经济的先导力量。今后,乡镇企业将继续深化体制改革,扩大对外开放,推进均衡发展,改进企业布局,不断增强发展后劲,为农村经济乃至整个国民经济的发展继续作出贡献。
