气体渗氮炉温控系统PID控制器的设计及仿真 被引量:2

摘要 结合气体渗氮工艺的需要 ,对一台温度滞后较大的气体渗氮炉的炉温控制系统采用带纯滞后补偿的PID控制器进行温度控制 ,并利用MATLAB6.5工具进行了设计和仿真。结果表明 ,采用带纯滞后补偿的PID控制系统的控温效果较常规的PID控制系统好 ,这一仿真研究结果对于传统的位式控温工业电阻炉的温控系统的技术改造有一定的借鉴、参考作用。 Combined with the need of the technology of gas nitriding, a PID controller with pure lag compensation is adopted in the temperature control system of a gas nitriding furnace which has more temperature lag. Furthermore , the control system is designed and simulated by the MATLAB6.5 .It is the result that the effect of temperature control of the PID control system with pure lag compensation is better than that of the ordinary PID control system .Moreover, this attempt has an active referenced use to the improvement of the technology in the temperature controller system of the traditional industrial electric-furnace using on-off temperature control.
