摘要
本文针对低浓度乙醇-水混合体系的分离,对渗透汽化过程中的优先透醇膜进行了研制,制出了以聚砜为基膜、表面涂层为填充分子筛硅橡胶的复合膜。在此基础上,进行了渗透汽化膜分离实验,并探讨了操作因素如温度、液体流速、进料浓度以及膜下游侧压力变化对该分离过程的影响。
For the separation of low concentration ethanol-water mixture, an ethanol permselective composite membrane whose top-layer was polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) filled with zeolite and sublayer (support) was polysulfone was made, and the effects on pervaporation process such as temperature, fluid velocity, feed composition, and downstream pressure were studied.
