摘要
针对军用飞机数字化设计手段变革带来方法和手段不足问题,对数字化设计环境下维修性同步设计技术进行了探讨,给出了在军用飞机研制各阶段,相应开展产品维修性设计要求确定,产品维修性设计约束确定,基于IPT工作模式的维修性协调、分析,基于电子样机维修性设计核查的流程和方法。结合飞机的数字化研制,对研究成果进行了广泛的工程应用,实践结果表明建立的流程和评价方法是适用的、合理的、可行的。
Facing the problem to insufficiency of method and means,this paper discusses the methods of maintainability synchronous design of military aircraft under digital environment from the aspect of engineering application. The methods and flow s are detailedly expatiated that confirming maintainability design require,constituting maintainability design constraint of airborne products,maintainability communication and analysis based on IPT workmode,maintainability inspectability under digital mockup. The experiments prove the applicability,rationality and feasibility of methods proposed by widely engineering application in one aircraft Maintainability task.
