摘要
在股份合作制企业中 ,确定合理的股权结构和按资分红与按劳分配的比例是十分重要的。设计了有关定量分析的模型 。
It is extremely important to establish a reasonable ownership right structure and a proper proportion of divident distribution according to the capital invested to payment according to labor contributions. A quantitative model is designed in this paper. Concrete cases are given to further the explanation.
