摘要
颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)的保守治疗方法很多,本文重点介绍了目前临床上常用的有关TMD保守治疗的咬合板的类型、作用和适应证。咬合板治疗是临床治疗TMD的首选疗法,但目前缺乏设计完善的临床试验以证实其疗效。建议推行临床试验透明化,实施临床试验注册制度和高质量的随机对照试验(RCT),以便于总结咬合板治疗TMD的临床证据,提高TMD临床治疗水平。
There are many conservative treatment fort emporomandibular disorder(TMD).This paper summarizest he splint type,role,and indications of the current clinicalp ractice commonly used in conservative treatment for TMD.S plint therapy is usually the main treatment for TMD,butt here is insufficient,consistent evidence to support the use ofs plint therapy in the treatment of TMD.Further high qualityR CTs need to be conducted.Clinical trial registration and revised consolidated standards of reporting trial statements hould be introduced into the trial design and strictly performed.Clinical evidence should be summarized in order toi mprove clinical treatment for TMD.
