摘要
目的探讨应用双吻合器行直肠癌保肛手术的配合经验。方法回顾性分析60例应用双吻合器进行直肠癌保肛术的手术配合的护理情况。结果本组术后除2例出现吻合口直肠阴道瘘及吻合口出血,2例出现粘连性肠梗阻外,其余均恢复良好。结论应用双吻合器行直肠癌保肛术可明显提高保肛率,改善病人术后生活质量;做好手术部位的摆置、病情观察和手术的配合是保证手术成功的关键。
Objective To explore cooperation with the doctors during the operation of removing the rectal cancer but preserving the anus by double staplers. Method Review the cooperation methods in 60 patients with rectal cancers removed but anus preserved by double stapling technique. Results Proper cooperation made operations smooth and contributed to the rates of anus reservation. Conclusions The rate of anus preservation was increased by double stapling technique, which will improve the patient's life quality. It is also very important for nurses to cooperate properly with the doctors before and during the operation.
