摘要
本文主要阐述翻译理论与翻译实践和翻译教学的关系，指出翻译理论要解决的是译者的翻译观问题。
This paper expounds the relationship between translation theory on the one hand and translationpractice and teaching of translation on the other hand, and points out that translation theory aims at solving theproblem of the translation,s outlook of translators.
