摘要
技术创新因其在企业价值创造中的重要性,一直是学者们关注的热点。本研究回顾了资源利用、R&D投入和创新产出方面的研究成果,根据对226家在华跨国企业的调研,利用结构方程模型(SEM),分析了在引入资源利用这一中介变量之后,企业技术创新过程中R&D投入和创新产出的关系。研究发现:R&D投入是企业技术创新的必要条件,对创新产出起着促进作用;资源的合理利用与配置可以提高企业研发投入的效率;资源利用对研发投入和创新产出的关系具有不完全中介效应,对创新产出有着间接的正向影响。研究结论为提高企业技术创新产出提供了实践指导意义。
As an important way of value creation,technology innovation has been a hot issue among scholars in recent years.In this paper,research findings on resource exploitation,R&D investment and innovation output are reviewed.Based on the empirical research data collected from 226 international firms in China,by means of the statistical analysis method of structure equation modeling(SEM),the relationship between R&D investment and innovation output by introducing resource exploitation as an intermediary is tested.The result of empirical study shows that R&D is compulsory for technology innovation and has a positive impact on innovation output in company;resource exploitation has a positive impact on R&D investment;through the mediating effect of resource exploitation,R&D investment positively affects innovation output.The guidance significance of experimental research conclusions is discussed.
