摘要
可利用土地资源是用来评价一个地区剩余或潜在的土地对未来人口集聚、工业化和城镇化发展的承载能力,其数量和空间分布对该地区的经济发展后劲、发展潜力具有重要的影响。根据2005年Landsat TM遥感影像人机交互判读解译江西省土地利用数据并结合江西省DEM数据,分析得出江西省可利用土地资源空间分布特征,结果表明:(1)江西省可利用土地资源总量19317.41km^2,占土地总面积的11.56%;(2)各县域之间可利用土地资源数量和空间分布不均衡;(3)经济发展较好并且人日较密集的地区,土地的开发利用程度高,可利用土地资源少,反之则较多。
The available land resources are used to evaluate the surplus or potential land in a region which shows the bearing capacity of the population concentration,industrialization and urbanization development in the future.The area of available land resources and spatial distribution have important implications to the economic and potential development in a region.According to the 2005 TM image by Landsat-5 to interpret the data of land use combining with the DEM data of Jiangxi Province,the paper draws a conclusion of the the spatial distribution features of available land resources in Jiangxi;(1)The total available land resources is 19 317.41 km,accounting for the total land area of 11.56%in Jiangxi Province.(2)The quantity of available land resources and the spatial distribution among regions is imbalanced.(3)In the regions where economy is well developed and which is densely populated,the land exploitation degree is high and the available land resources is less,vice versa.
