摘要
为了解决目前城市存在的突发事件预警和处理不及时等问题,采用分析、建模和实践的方法,研究了基于物联网的信息监控、计算、预警及突发事件建模、智能建模组件、知识匹配组件结构,并应用物联网的云计算平台实现海量计算,基于SOA面向服务特性构建了基于SOA架构的Web服务响应调度应用层,构建了基于物联网和SOA的智能协同城市突发事件处理系统的体系架构.基于该架构实践验证了突发事件处理中的资源调配问题.该研究结论对城市突发事件的预警和处理具有一定的参考价值和指导意义.
In order to solve the problem associated with the slow warning and response in urban emergency,using the method of analysis,modeling and test,this study investigates the information monitoring,calculation,early warning,and the enmergency modelling,intelligent modeling components and knowledge matching components based on internet of things.The mass calculation is achieved with the application of cloud computing platform.In addition,the study constructs a Web service response scheduling application layer based on SOA and its services-oriented characteristics,and the architecture of intelligent collaborative urban emergency response system based on internet of things and SOA.Practical application tests the resource dispatcher in emergency processing based on this architecture.The study outcome is of significance to the urban emergency warning and processing.
