摘要
意识形态不是认识的结果,而是认识的前提,在社会关系的再生产过程中有着极其重要的作用;高等教育所具有的上层建筑属性要求高校党委高度重视并加强教师的意识形态教育工作。本文从深入探析意识形态工作的功能和本质出发,探讨了“传统型”高校教师政治理论学习制度的时代局限性,并从观念、内容(层次安排)以及工作方法(载体)等三方面提出了创新高校教师政治理论学习制度的若干建议。
