摘要
本文在阐述冻干技术原理、特点的基础上,分析评价了冻干各阶段的影响因素,介绍了中药冻干制剂的冻干损伤和保护剂研究概要,明确了中药冻干制剂质量评价的基本指标,并就中药冻干制剂配液等相关工艺进行了探究,对冻干技术在中药冻干制剂研究中的应用具有重要参考价值。
On the ground of the introduction of the principle and features of Vacuum freeze-desiccation technology,this paper evaluates each stage of freeze-dry technology and its influencing factor,introducts traditional Chinese freeze-dry preparation's freeze-dying damage and protective additive, identifies the quality evaluation of Chinese drugs preparation.Finally,this paper gives the probe to match Chinese freeze-dry preparation and correlated craft.Therefore,this paper has the important value to the application of Vacuum freeze-desiccation technology in Chinese freeze-dry preparation.
