摘要
针对一类无法获知精确数学模型的过程对象,采用模糊自适应PID控制算法。该算法不需要精确的对象数学模型,同时保留了传统PID算法的优点,还能根据输入与输出的偏差值,基于模糊规则在线调整PID参数,在Matlab上进行相应的仿真验证,结果表明提高了控制品质。在B&R公司的可编程计算机控制器(PCC)上开发相应模块,用Automation Studio BASIC语言编写了控制程序,并完成了对一套实际温度对象的控制。实验结果表明,此算法具有较好的跟踪性能、抗干扰性和鲁棒性,适于工业应用。
