摘要
研究目的:研究农村征地过程中各阶层的意愿和行为选择,为把握征地冲突根源,控制与整合阶层冲突提供建议和借鉴。研究方法:文献资料法、理论分析法、实证分析法。研究结果:土地征收(用)是激发当前农村各阶层冲突的重要原因之一,征地过程中冲突难以避免。正确对待、处理征地过程中的冲突可以释放、弱化农村各阶层积累的矛盾。研究结论:科塞理论对于正确理解和缓和土地征收中的阶层冲突具有一定的现实意义。建立合理的沟通渠道,发挥冲突的正向功能,可以避免矛盾的升级和失控,促进农村社会的稳定发展。
The purpose of the paper is to study on the will and behavior of every stratum in the process of rural land expropriation in order to offer suggestions and references for finding the source of conflicts as well as controlling and integrating conflicts between different strata.
