摘要
通过对行政法理论和民法理论的研究 ,运用民法等法律、法规以及《体育彩票销售管理暂行办法》,从法律角度分析了体育彩票买卖中发生的各种现象及其法律关系 ,以便于解决体育彩票买卖过程中出现的问题 。
By studying the theories of the administrative law and civil law, the phenomena in sport lottery trade and related legal relationships were analyzed from the points of view of law, which combined civil law and regulations as well as 'the sell management methods of sport lottery'. It will be helpful to solve the problems in the trade of sport lottery and to promote it to develop orderly and healthily.
