摘要
从厘清法治、德治概念的学界观点、法治与德治在核心价值追求上的一致性、工具价值上的互补性等三个方面展现了作者对法治与德治关系的思考与认识。
This article provides author's thought and understanding of the relationship between rule of law and moral supervise from the aspects of clarifying academic view of rule of law and moral supervise, the consistency of core value between them and, their complementary character in terms of value of tools.
