摘要
WTO多边贸易体制与区域贸易协定存在诸多方面冲突,作为WTO的发展中国家,中国应积极寻求冲突协调途径,有步骤、有层次地推动自由贸易区的建设,同时通过完善国内立法,利用多边贸易体制与区域贸易协定两种资源,促进我国对外经济贸易的发展。
There are various conflicts between the WTO multilateral trade regime and the regional trade agreements.As a developing country,China should positively seek ways to coordinate conflicts and take steps and levels in promoting the construction of free trade areas,to promote at the same time the development of China s foreign economy and trade by improving domestic legislations and making good use of the multilateral trade system and the regional free trade agreements.
