摘要
目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜下联合胆道镜微创保胆取石治疗胆囊结石的可行性,方法,及临床应用价值。方法回顾分析我院近期开展的20例胆囊结石患者经脐单孔腹腔镜下保胆取石术的临床资料。结果本组所有手术均顺利完成,手术时间42~95min,平均58min;术中出血5~40ml,平均l5ml;术后住院时间2~3d。术后均未使用止痛药,无胆漏、损伤及其他并发症发生,术后超声提示胆囊功能良好。结论对结石数量少,胆囊功能良好,有保胆意愿的患者,经脐单孔腹腔镜保胆取石安全有效,既保存了胆囊的生理功能,避免了胆囊切除的诸多并发症,而且有益患者术后心理康复,更具微创性,美容效果更佳,该方法临床可行性大。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility,technique and clinical application value of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy.Methods:The clinical data of 20 patients with gal stone gal bladder who underwent transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy recently were retrospectively analyzed.Results:This set of operations had al been accomplished.Al the patients were favorably recovered.The average time for each operation is 58 minutes.(42~95min),The Intraoperatie bleeding is5~40ml,average l5ml,The average length of stay is 2~3 days for each patient.No bile leakage,damage and other complications happenend,the umbilical plexus lit le scar,concealed.Conclusion:For those patients who have few gal-stones and wel-functioned cholecysts,the new method not only helps the patients to recover quickly,but also protect their gal bladders.This method successful y avoids the various complication of the traditional cholecystectomy.In addition,this easy method is also beneficial to the psychological rehabilitation of patients,More minimal y invasive,and hairdressing ef ect is bet er.In al,the clinical application of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy is quite feasible.
