MALDI-TOF MS和Vitek2Compact全自动微生物分析系统对主要非发酵细菌鉴定能力的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较MALDI-TOF MS、Vitek 2 Compact对临床常见非发酵菌的鉴定能力.方法:采用MALDI-TOF MS和Vitek 2Compact鉴定405株非发酵菌株.结果:MALDI-TOF MS系统对23株细菌均正确鉴定到种水平,Vitek 2 Compact仅能将其中20株细菌鉴定到属水平.结论:MALDI-TOF MS对非发酵菌的鉴定符合率较高.
