摘要
目的 探讨不同干预模式对手足口病患儿CBCL评分及治疗依从性的影响.方法 手足口病患儿?160例,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,对照组采取常规对症护理,干预组在对照组基础上从患儿心理及家长心理、健康教育方面实施人性化护理,干预时间为7d,干预后比较两组的行为与态度(CBCL评分)、治疗依从性.结果? 干预组患儿CBCL各项评分(情感反应、人际关系、模仿行为、口语沟通方面)明显高于对照组(P<0.05).干预组治疗依从率达95.0%,明显高于对照组总治疗依从率77.5%(P<0.05).结论? 对手足口病患儿行人性化护理模式,有利于提高CBCL评分,改善患儿的态度、行为,从而提高治疗依从性,促进疾病尽快康复.
Objective To discuss the effect of different nursing intervention models on CBCL score,treatment compliance for children with hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 160 cases children with HFMD were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to the different nursing methods,the control group adopted routine nursing,the intervention group on the basis of the control group adopted humanistic nursing in psychological of parents and children,and mental health education,intervention time of 7d,two groups of behavior and attitude score,treatment compliance were compared after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of CBCL including emotional reaction,interpersonal relationship,imitative behavior and oral communication in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the intervention group was 95.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing mode for children with hand foot mouth disease is beneficial to improve the CBCL score,the attitude,the behavior of the children,the quality of nursing,so as to promote the recovery of the disease as soon as possible.
