摘要
某厂660 MW机组800×400 VYDB4M型凝结水泵的电机及支撑系统的振动一阶固有频率约为14.17 Hz,变频运行转速降至1000 r/min附近时出现了大的振动.以某660 MW机组凝结水泵变频运行时振动大为例,在电机及其支撑系统一阶固有频率附近,分别进行了电机单体、电机泵轴联体和凝泵大流量3种情况的多转速精细化动平衡,将凝结水泵900 r/min以上时电机顶端的最大振动控制在60μm以内.
The first-order natural frequency of the vibration of the motor and supporting system of the 800×400VYDB4M condensate pump of 660 MW unit is about 14.17 Hz.Large vibration occurrs when the variablefrequency operation running speed of the condenser pump drops to above 1 000 r/min.This paper introduced a case of dealing with the vibration of the 600 MW unit condensate pump during variable-frequency operation.In the vicinity of the first-order natural frequency of the motor and its supporting system,multi-speed fine-grained dynamic balance were respectively carried out for the motor unit,the motor pump shaft joint and the condensate pump with large flow rate,the maximum vibration of the motor top was controlled within 60mm when the running speed of condensate pump was above 900 r/min.
