摘要
目的 讨论快速康复联合腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术治疗高龄胆总管结石的临床效果.方法 选取该院2017年10月—2019年10月收治入院的100例行腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术患者进行研究讨论.按照入院先后顺序进行分组,分为对照组与研究组,每组50例.比较两组术后的并发症发生率.结果 研究组高龄胆总管结石患者术后的并发症发生率为10%,明显低于对照组的30%,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=6.2500,P<0.05).结论 快速康复联合腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术治疗高龄胆总管结石虽然无法改善治疗结局,但安全可靠,效果明显,术后恢复快,并发症发生率低,适用于高龄患者.临床中可以进一步推广及使用.
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation combined with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and stone extraction in the treatment of elderly common bile duct stones.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and lithotripsy in this hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and discussed.According to the chronological order of admission,they were divided into a control group and a research group,with 50 patients in each group.The incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was compared.Results The postoperative complication rate of elderly patients with common bile duct stones in the study group was 10%,which was significantly lower than 30%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x^(2)=6.2500,P<0.05).Conclusion Although rapid rehabilitation combined with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and stone extraction for the treatment of elderly common bile duct stones cannot improve the treatment outcome,but it is safe and reliable,the effect is obvious,the postoperative recovery is fast,and the incidence of complications is low.It is suitable for elderly patients.It can be further promoted and used in clinic.
