摘要
目的探讨盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者采用足底反射联合治疗的临床价值.方法选取该院2019年7月—2020年9月收治的100例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照、观察两组,每组50例.对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合足底反射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果比较两组的治疗总有效率,观察组的96.00%高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的中医证候积分,观察组治疗后的积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的疼痛评分及炎症因子水平,观察组的各项指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用足底反射联合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的效果显著,可改善患者症状,减轻疼痛,降低炎症指标水平,值得临床应用推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined plantar reflex therapy in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.Methods A total of 100 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with plantar reflex on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared the total effective rate of the two groups,96.00%of the observation group was higher than 84.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups,the observation group'scores after treatment were lower than the control group's,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the pain score and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups,the observation group's indexes were better than the control group's,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plantar reflex combined treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae effect is significant,can improve the symptoms of patients,reduce pain,reduce the level of inflammatory indicators,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
