摘要
目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折(IFF)患者股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术后应用消肿汤的效果.方法纳入2019年5月—2021年11月我院收治的88例老年IFF患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各44例.两组均行PFNA内固定术,对照组术后实施常规治疗和康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用消肿汤治疗.比较两组疼痛程度、血液流变学指标、髋关节功能、消肿及骨折愈合时间.结果治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度均低于对照组,Harris髋关节评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组消肿时间(1.32±0.31)周、骨折愈合时间(6.83±1.20)周,均短于对照组的(1.89±0.43)周、(8.24±2.01)周,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在老年IFF患者PFNA内固定术后应用消肿汤可减轻疼痛、肿胀,改善血液流变学指标及髋关节功能,缩短患者术后康复时间.
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaozhong Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur(IFF)after proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)internal fixation.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with IFF admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to November 2021 were included and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with PFNA internal fixation,the control group was treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation training,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiaozhong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain,hemorheology,hip function,swelling and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale score,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and Harris hip score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The swelling time of the observation group was(1.32±0.31)weeks,and the fracture healing time was(6.83±1.20)weeks,which was shorter than(1.89±0.43)weeks,(8.24±2.01)weeks of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with IFF after PFNA internal fixation,the application of Xiaozhong Decoction can reduce pain and swelling,improve hemorheological indexes and hip joint function,and shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients.
