摘要
目的探讨神经康复机械手联合经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中后偏瘫患者神经功能及肢体功能恢复的影响.方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月本院收治的脑卒中后偏瘫患者70例,以随机数表法分为两组.对照组(n=35)进行常规康复训练,观察组(n=35)采用神经康复机械手联合经颅直流电刺激干预.比较两组患者的神经功能、肢体功能、日常生活能力及生活质量.结果干预后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(11.18±2.02)分,低于对照组的(15.07±2.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中上、下肢功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的日常生活能力评分、脑卒中专用生存质量量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中后偏瘫患者采用神经康复机械手与经颅直流电刺激干预,可恢复神经功能,改善肢体功能,提高日常生活能力和生活质量,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of neurorehabilitation manipulator combined with transcranial direct current stimulation on the recovery of nerve function and limb function in hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods 70 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=35)received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group(n=35)received neurorehabilitation manipulator combined with transcranial direct current stimulation.The neurological function,limb function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was(11.18±2.02)points,lower than(15.07±2.11)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the upper and lower limb function scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of daily living ability and stroke specific quality of life scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of neurorehabilitation manipulator and transcranial direct current stimulation intervention in patients with hemiplegia after stroke can restore nerve function,improve limb function,improve daily life ability and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
