摘要
目的探讨天丹通络片联合阿司匹林对急性脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能及认知功能的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2023年1月济南市第三人民医院神经内二科收治的90例急性脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,按其采用的治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组采用天丹通络片联合阿司匹林治疗,均持续4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能、认知功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(6.49±0.74)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的时间定向力、延迟记忆、即刻记忆、动作指令、注意力及计算力、地点定向力、视空间评分分别为(23.54±4.17)分、(24.01±3.42)分、(24.57±3.31)分、(24.69±3.82)分、(24.87±3.41)分、(24.89±3.76)分、(24.40±3.74)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天丹通络片联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死恢复期患者的效果显著,可改善其神经及认知功能,且不良反应较少,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effects of Tiandan Tongluo Tablets combined with aspirin on neurological function and cognitive function of patients with acute cerebral infarction in convalescent stage.Methods 90 convalescent patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the 2nd Department of Neurology in Jinan Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with Tiandan Tongluo Tablet combined with aspirin.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,cognitive function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was(6.49±0.74)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the temporal orientation,delayed memory,immediate memory,action command,attention and computing power,place orientation and visuospatial scores of the observation group were(23.54±4.17)points,(24.01±3.42)points,(24.57±3.31)points,(24.69±3.82)points,(24.87±3.41)points,(24.89±3.76)points,and(24.40±3.74)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tiandan Tongluo Tablet combined with aspirin is effective in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the convalescent stage,and can improve their neurological and cognitive functions,and the adverse reactions are less,safe and reliable.
