虚拟现实技术联合渐进式康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者护理中的应用效果 被引量:2

Application Effect of Virtual Reality Technology Combined with Progressive Rehabilitation Training in Nursing of Cerebral Vascular Accident Patients with Hemiplegic

摘要 目的分析虚拟现实技术(VR)联合渐进式康复训练在脑卒中(CVA)偏瘫患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月—2023年3月商河县人民医院收治的90例CVA偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为对照组及研究组。对照组(n=45)采用常规护理,研究组(n=45)在此基础上采用VR技术联合渐进式康复训练。比较两组患者肢体运动功能、平衡能力、步行功能、日常生活活动能力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分、Berg平衡量表评分均高于对照组,10 m行走时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的改良Barthel指数评分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意率为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VR技术联合渐进式康复训练能促进CVA偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复,提高其平衡能力与步行功能,保障患者的日常生活活动能力及生活质量,提升其护理满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of virtual reality(VR)technology combined with progressive rehabilitation training in nursing of cerebral vascular accident(CVA)patients with hemiplegic.Methods 90 CVA patients with hemiplegia treated in Shanghe County People's Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the study group(n=45)received VR technology combined with progressive rehabilitation training on this basis.The limb motor function,balance ability,walking function,activity of daily living ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Berg Balance Scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the time of 10 m maximum walking speed text was shorter than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the modified Barthel Index score and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 97.78%,higher than 82.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VR technology combined with progressive rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of limb function in CVA patients with hemiplegia,improve their balance ability and walking function,ensure their daily living ability and life quality,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
