摘要
随着休闲体验时代的到来,民宿越来越受到旅游者的青睐.以厦门鼓浪屿为例,借助旅游数字足迹,引入旅游凝视理论并运用内容分析法和社会网络分析法对游客的民宿感知质量进行研究.研究结果显示:卫生问题是游客对民宿感知质量内容的核心;民宿建立初期可通过保证"房东热情、房间干净、民宿位置便利"三方面要素来迅速提升民宿的服务质量;卫生与位置、设施与环境、服务质量三维度的相关因素是民宿感知质量的重点内容.在此基础上,根据中心性分析及同型性分析结果,探讨了提升游客对民宿感知质量的优化措施.
With the coming of age of leisure&experience,homestay is increasingly favored by tourists.With Gulangyu island of Xiamen as a study case,tourists'perceived quality of homestay is studied using the digital footprint of tourism.The theory of tourism gaze is introduced in the study in which the content analysis method and social network analysis method are applied.The research results show that sanitation is the core of the perceived quality of the homestay;at the initial stage,homestay service quality can be quickly improved by ensuring the"landlord's warm welcome,clean room,convenient location";the factors of sanitation,location,facilities and the quality of service are the cores of the perceived quality in homestay.Considering the result,the optimization measures are suggested to enhance the perceived quality of tourists based on centrality analysis and the homotypy analysis.
