摘要
实验室开放的有效运行与管理是培养应用型、实践型、创新型人才的有效措施。以本校为例,总结了新建本科院校开放实验室管理的现状,解决对策以及未来改进的方向。本论文可为其他新建应用型本科院校实验室开放管理提供参考,促进应用型人才培养的质量。
The effective operation and management system of open laboratory were very useful for cultivate the person with the ability of applied,practical and innovation.In this study,we conclude the current situation,the correspondence solution and improvement direction of open laboratory in Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University,which would offer some directions for other university,finally promoting the quality of practical person cultivation.
