摘要
扁平疣是人乳头瘤病毒感染引起的良性皮肤赘生物,是皮肤科常见的慢性难治性疾病,主要有内治和外治2种治疗方法。西医内治具有一定不良反应和禁忌症,无专门作用于乳头瘤病毒的药物,且部分药物较为昂贵,中药口服患者难以坚持等,因此外治作用逐渐凸显。本文查阅了近年来扁平疣外治法相关报道,分析总结相关机制及临床疗效,以期寻找一种安全有效的外治疗法。
Verruca plana is benign skin neoplasm caused by human papillomavirus infection,which is a common chronic refractory disease in dermatology.The therapy of it mainly includes two treatment methods:internal treatment and external treatment.Western medicine internal treatment has certain side effects and contraindications.There is no specific drug for HPV virus,and some drugs are more expensive.It is difficult for patients to adhere to drinking decoction and other reasons,and the external treatment effect is gradually highlighted.This paper reviewed the recent reports on external treatment of verruca plana,analyzed and summarized the related mechanism and clinical efficacy,in order to find a safe and effective external therapy.
