摘要
目的观察加味复方生化汤联合地屈孕酮片治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月收治于婺源县人民医院的AUB患者90例,按患者自愿选择的不同治疗方法将其分为西药对照组(45例,口服地屈孕酮片)和中药联合组(45例,在前者基础上口服加味复方生化汤)。分析2组临床疗效、出血情况、血清炎症指标、性激素水平及不良反应发生率。结果中药联合组总有效率明显高于西药对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者月经量下降、Hb水平上升,且中药联合组明显优于西药对照组(P<0.05);中药联合组IL-2、TNF-α水平明显低于西药对照组(P<0.05);2组患者FSH、E_(2)、LH水平均下降,且中药联合组明显低于西药对照组(P<0.05)。中药联合组的不良反应发生率明显低于西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味复方生化汤联合地屈孕酮片治疗AUB的临床疗效确切,能够有效改善月经情况,调节性激素平衡,减少不良反应的发生,并且安全性良好。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of modified compound Shenghua decoction combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods Ninety patients with AUB admitted to Wuyuan County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,the subjects were divided into the control group of 45 cases received oral dydrogesterone tablets and the combined group of 45 cases received oral modified compound Shenghua decoction combined with dydrogesterone tablets.The clinical efficacy,bleeding,serum inflammatory indexes,sex hormone levels and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,menstrual volume decreased and Hb level increased in 2 groups,and combined group was better than control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2 and TNF-αin combined group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,E_(2)and LH in 2 groups were decreased,and the combined group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combined group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of modified compound Shenghua decoction combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of AUB is accurate,which can effectively improve the menstrual situation,regulate the balance of sex hormones,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has a good safety profile.
