摘要
研究功能性体能训练对男子散打运动员的训练效果,探索适合散打运动员的训练方法,为相关研究提供理论依据和数据支持.运用查阅相关文献,咨询国内相关体能专家,制定散打运动员功能性体能训练方法,随机抽取30名男子散打运动员,随机分为对照组和实验组,两组分别进行为期12周的传统体能训练和功能性体能训练,比较两组的身体素质指标.采用SPSS 20.0软件进行数据统计分析.通过分别比较实验后两组散打运动员的20s冲拳、10 m×4折返跑、1 min立卧撑、20 s鞭腿等指标发现,训练后实验组的散打运动员与对照组的散打运动员的各项身体素质差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的散打运动员的20 s冲拳、10 m×4折返跑、1 min立卧撑、20s鞭腿均高于对照组散打运动员.结论:功能性体能训练较于传统体能训练,在对散打运动员的20 s冲拳、10 m×4折返跑、1 min立卧撑、20 s鞭腿等身体素质的训练方面效果更加明显.
Objective:To study the training effect of functional physical fitness training for men’s Sanda athletes,to explore the training methods suitable for Sanda athletes,and to provide theoretical basis and data support for the related research.Methods:30 men’s Sanda athletes were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The two groups were divided into 12 weeks of traditional physical training and functional physical training respectively,and the physical quality of the two groups was compared.Mark.Data statistics and analysis are carried out by SPSS 20 software.Results:Compared with the traditional physical training,functional physical training is more effective in training the physical qualities of Sanda athletes,such as 20 s punching,10 m 4 reentry running,1 min standing support and 20 s whip leg.The differences in physical quality of the Sanda sportsmen in the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the 20 s impact of the Sanda Athletes in the experimental group.Boxing,10 m×4 reentry run,1 min vertical rest and 20 s whip leg were all higher than the control group Sanda athletes.Conclusion:Functional physical training is more effective than traditional physical training.It is more effective in the training of 20 s punching,10 m×4 reentry,1 min standing brace and 20 s whip leg for Sanda athletes.
