摘要
国家组织药品大批量集中采购后,针对多种药品集中配送问题,在综合考虑运输、环保、制冷、货损、库房租赁、质量满意度、时间满意度成本和实时路况下,构建了多种药品集中配送成本最优模型,并结合免疫遗传算法、禁忌搜索算法和信息熵理论等特点,设计了免疫遗传禁忌算法,最后通过真实案例进行了验证和分析。
Considering multi-drugs centralized distribution problem in the context of nationwide collective pharmaceutical procurement in China,a mathematical model was built to optimize cost for multi-drugs centralized distribution by considering real-time traffic and cost of transportation,environmental protection,cooling,cargo damage,warehouse leasing,quality satisfaction and time satisfaction.An immune-genetic-tabu algorithm was designed to solve the problem based on the characteristics of immune-genetic algorithm,tabu search algorithm and information entropy theory.Finally,the model and algorithm were verified through a real case.
