摘要
我国高速铁路运营里程不断增加,跨软弱土地区工程逐渐增多,同时高铁路基对工后沉降控制极其严格,但受施工质量控制不严、强降雨水分积聚以及在列车荷载共同作用下,容易导致路基局部软化、沉降,对高铁线路安全运营产生潜在隐患。因此,本文依托现场实际工点并利用原位测试技术、快速含水率测试方法和室内土工试验对运营高铁路肩沉陷的原因进行探查分析,同时结合数值仿真实现病害重现;其次,以浆液配比试验为基础,提出一种适合高速铁路运营条件的注浆加固技术;最后,对注浆加固治理效果进行验证,以构建一套完善的路基沉陷病害探查-治理-验证治理方案。该方案可有效适应高铁运营条件下的路基病害的要求,工艺流程合理,技术安全可靠,可为其它类似工况提供借鉴。
The operating mileage of China’s high-speed railway is increasing,and the engineering across soft soil area is gradually increasing.At the same time,the control of the post-construction settlement of the high-speed railway subgrade is extremely strict.However,due to the lax construction quality control,heavy rainfall water accumulation and the combined action of train load,it is easy to cause partial softening and settlement of subgrade,which has potential risks to the safe operation of high-speed railway lines.Therefore,based on the actual construction site,this paper uses in-situ test technology,rapid moisture content test method and indoor geotechnical test to explore and analyze the causes of the settlement of the operating high railway shoulder,and realizes the disease recurrence combined with numerical simulation;Secondly,based on the slurry ratio test,a grouting reinforcement technology method suitable for high-speed railway operation is proposed;Finally,the grouting reinforcement treatment effect is verified to build a complete set of subgrade subsidence disease detection treatment verification treatment scheme.The scheme can effectively adapt to the requirements of subgrade diseases under the operation conditions of high-speed railway.The process is reasonable and the technology is safe and reliable.It can provide references for other similar conditions.
