摘要
确定应用型高校专业建设内涵及教育问题,研究基于就业质量的应用型高校专业建设及教育改革。从专业定位、专业结构调整、制定应用型人才培养方案、增强应用型人才培养与社会对接能力、基于就业质量构建保障体系五个方面,实现应用型高校专业建设;面对资源缺乏、模式枯燥单一、实践教学力度不足等教育问题,从建设优质课程资源、深化教育改革、强化实践教学三个方面,改革应用型高校教育。
Determine the connotation and education problems of application-oriented college specialty construction,and study the specialty construction and education reform of application-oriented college based on employment quality.From the five aspects of professional positioning,professional structure adjustment,development of application-oriented talents training program,strengthening the ability of application-oriented talents training to connect with the society,and building a guarantee system based on employment quality,realizing application-oriented college specialty construction;Faced with educational problems such as lack of resources,monotonous mode and insufficient practical teaching,From the construction of high-quality curriculum resources,deepening educational reform,strengthening practical teaching,We will reform applied higher education.
