四川某矿区低品位铜镍矿石选矿试验研究

摘要 四川某矿区低品位铜镍矿石含铜0.18%、含镍0.40%,矿石主要呈微细—中粒粒状结构、浸染状构造,脉石矿物以富含碳酸盐的泥状物为主,次为绿泥石、石英、绿帘石、绢云母等,主要工业矿物黄铜矿、镍黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿的工艺粒度较细,嵌布关系复杂。针对该矿石的性质,选用果胶作为矿泥抑制剂、乙硫氨酯作为捕收剂,采用一粗二扫四精铜镍混浮、一粗一扫三精铜镍分离、中矿顺序返回闭路流程试验,获得铜回收率55.85%的铜精矿(铜品位20.12%、含镍0.68%)和镍回收率73.95%的镍精矿(镍品位5.58%、含铜0.61%),取得了较好的选矿技术指标。 A low-grade copper-nickel ore in a mining area in Sichuan Province contains 0.18%copper and 0.40%nickel.The ore is mainly in fine-medium granular structure and disseminated structure.The gangue minerals are mainly carbonate rich mud,followed by chlorite,quartz,epidote,sericite,etc.The main industrial minerals chalcopyrite,nickel pyrite and pyrrhotite have fine technological particle size and complex embedding relationship.According to the nature of the ore,pectin was selected as the slime inhibitor,ethionide was used as the collector,one coarse,two sweeps and four fine copper and nickel mixed floatation,one coarse,one sweep and three fine copper and nickel separation,and the intermediate ore was returned to the closed circuit in sequence to obtain a copper concentrate with a copper recovery rate of 55.85%(copper grade of 20.12%,nickel content of 0.68%)and a nickel concentrate with a nickel recovery rate of 73.95%(nickel grade of 5.58%,copper content of 0.61%),which achieved good beneficiation technical indicators.
