摘要
高校农业孵化器在涉农高端科技服务、科技成果转化等方面起着重要作用。以某高校国家级星创天地农业孵化器为例,通过访谈法和实物收集法采集数据,对所得文本进行质性分析后发现:高校农业孵化器存在资源优势、服务优势、入孵团队优势等运营优势,同时也存在顶层设计不够全面、制度建设亟需加强、人员激励机制尚待完善等发展困境。最后对高校农业孵化器发展困境存在的原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出三点发展建议。
The university agricultural incubators play an important role in the high-end scientific and technological services related to agriculture and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.By taking nation-level"Xingchuang Tiandi"agricultural incubator at a university as an example,and by collecting data through interviews and physical collection methods,and by analyzing qualitatively the texts obtained,the paper finds that the university agricultural incubators have the operational advantages in resource,service,and hatchery team.At the same time,there also exist development dilemmas such as incomplete top-level design,urgent need for institutional construction,and improvement of personnel incentives.Finally,the paper analyzes the reasons for the existing dilemma of the development of the university agricultural incubators,and on this basis proposes three pieces of suggestions for development.
