Exploration on the Reform of Integrating Intellectual Property Literacy into the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Curriculum from the Perspective of MOOC

摘要 "互联网+"时代,新技术、新知识不断涌现与融合。利用慕课的教学优势进行模式创新,利用知识产权素养拓宽教学内容,是创新创业课程体系改革的两个重点方向。对慕课和知识产权素养教育在高校创新创业课程运用状况进行整体调研和个案分析,提出创新创业课程建设的重点策略:知识产权素养融入:优化课程大纲;慕课嵌入:丰富教学模式;培训楔入:强化教师教学素养。 In the“Internet plus”era,new technologies and knowledge continue to emerge and merge.Colleges and universities make use of the teaching advantages of MOOCs to carry out model innovation and use intellectual property literacy to broaden teaching content.These are the two key directions of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system reform.The overall investigation and case analysis of MOOC and IP literacy education in university innovation and entrepreneurship courses are conducted,and three key strategies for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship courses are proposed:IP literacy integration:optimizing the curriculum syllabus,MOOC embedding:enriching the teaching model,training wedges:strengthen teachers’teaching literacy.
