摘要
在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,高校创新创业孵化基地如火如荼,但不同高校创新创业孵化基地的建设情况不尽相同。该文分析了地方应用型本科院校大学生创新创业孵化基地的建设现状和存在的主要问题,针对地方应用型本科院校大学生创新创业项目的先天不足、营养不良和管理跟不上等问题,提出了嫁接、补血和升格的对策和建议,力图为大学生创新创业孵化基地建设提供一些有益参考。
Under the background of "mass innovation and entrepreneurship", innovation and entrepreneurship incubation bases in universities are in full swing, but the construction situation of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation bases in different universities is different. This paper analyzes the current situation and main problems in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation bases for college students in local universities.In view of the problems such as congenital deficiency, malnutrition and lagging management of innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students in local universities, the countermeasures and suggestions of grafting,supplementing blood and upgrading are put forward. This paper tries to provide some useful reference for the construction of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship incubation base.
