摘要
用SEM和X射线能量散射谱(EDS)对多批次镍氢(MH/Ni)电池异物不良极片进行分析。用SEM找出异物所在的微区位置,在不同放大倍数下对异物的微观形貌进行观察:钴(Co)不良区域颗粒大小为1~10μm,呈条状结构;氧化锌(Zn O)不良区域颗粒大小≤1μm,呈方形结构;正常区域的Ni(OH)2颗粒大小为2~15μm,呈球形结构。用EDS对元素成分及分布情况进行分析,说明异物不良区域主要是由钴粉、氧化锌、铜颗粒和碳/氟等的聚集引起。
Multi-batch Ni-MH battery foreign matter defects were analyzed by SEM and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy( EDS). SEM was used to find the position of the micro-region the position of foreign matter. The micro-morphology of the foreign matter was observed at different magnifications. The cobalt poor area had a particle size of 1-10 μm and a strip structure,the zinc oxide poor area had a particle size of less than 1 μm and a square structure,the size of Ni( OH)2 particles in the normal area was 2-15 μm and a spherical structure. The elemental composition and distribution condition were analyzed by EDS,which indicated that the foreign matter defect area was mainly caused by the aggregation of cobalt powder,zinc oxide,copper particles and carbon/fluorine.
