面向绿色制造的ZnO非线性电阻片的发展 被引量:4

Development of Metal Oxide Resistors for Green Manufacturing

摘要 非线性金属氧化物电阻片属于电工陶瓷制造领域,需要尽快实施产业制造的转型升级,实现产品全生命周期绿色管理。笔者归纳、总结了国内外近些年来在ZnO非线性电阻片制造领域内这一方向的工程实践和科研成果,包括以下6个方面:1)高能量密度;2)无Cr/Pb制造配方;3)微波烧结技术;4)高能激光研磨/清洗技术;5)磁控溅射电极制备;6)电阻片废料及废品回收利用等。建议国内企业深入研究这些技术和工艺,打造绿色制造链,加快建设以节约资源、环境友好为向导的生产体系。 Non-linear Metal Oxide Varistors( MOV) belongs to the field of electrical ceramic manufacturing,which needs to implement the transformation and upgrading of industrial manufacturing as soon as possible to realize the green management of the whole life cycle of products. The author summarizes the engineering practice and scientific research achievements in this direction in the field of MOV manufacturing at home and abroad in recent years,including the following seven aspects: 1) high-pass density;2) no Cr/Pb manufacturing formula;3) high efficiency powder preparation technology;4) microwave sintering technology;5) high-energy laser grinding/cleaning technology;6) preparation of magnetron sputtering electrode;7) resistor scrap and waste recycling,etc. It is suggested that domestic enterprises should further study these technologies and processes,build a green manufacturing chain,and accelerate the construction of a production system guided by resource conservation and environmental friendliness.
