摘要
发电厂煤电机组灵活性潜力是广泛关注和研究的重大技术问题。通过对煤电机组灵活性特点和影响因素分析,尤其是对其控制参数和指标分析,研究出了煤电机组灵活性潜力诊断方法,且应用此方法,从三个方面进行诊断出提升煤电机组灵活性潜力的对策。分析结果表明:考虑在役和新建发电煤电机组、电力市场情况等状况,通过使用煤电机组灵活性潜力诊断方法,从在役煤电机组灵活性的运行优化、在役煤电机组灵活性的重大改造、新建煤电机组灵活性的来实现煤电机组灵活性的潜力,创新煤电机组灵活性解决方案的潜力,同时填补灵活性管理空白,可供设计和运行参考。
The flexibility potential of coal-fired generating units in power plants is an important technical problem that has been widely concerned and studied.By analyzing the characteristics and influencing factors of unit flexibility,especially the control parameters and indexes,the method of unit flexibility potential diagnosis is developed and applied,from three aspects to diagnose the potential flexibility of the lift unit countermeasures.The analysis results show that:considering the situation of in-service and newly-built electric generator,power market and so on,by using the potential diagnosis method of unit flexibility,from the operation optimization of the flexibility of the in-service units,the significant transformation of the flexibility of the in-service units,and the flexibility of the newly built units to realize the potential of the flexibility of the units,and the potential of innovating the flexibility solutions of the units,at the same time to fill the flexibility management gap,for the design and operation of reference.
