摘要
基于指纹图谱和网络药理学预测祛瘀散结胶囊质量标志物。采用HPLC法建立祛瘀散结胶囊指纹图谱,使用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统进行相似度评价,同时进行化学模式识别分析,筛选批次间差异的主要标志性成分,结合网络药理学对筛选出的标志性成分进行靶点和通路分析。结果表明,建立了14个共有峰的指纹图谱;通过对照品指认了7个共有成分,经化学模式识别,筛选出4个差异性成分,分别为迷迭香酸、三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1);结合网络药理学,认为4种化合物可以作为祛瘀散结胶囊潜在的质量标志物。建立的指纹图谱分析方法简单可行,结合网络药理学得到相关靶点和通路,可作为潜在的药效关联物质,为后期的药效机制研究奠定基础。
Prediction of quality markers of Quyusanjie Capsule based on fingerprint and network pharmacology.The HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of Quyusanjie Capsule,and the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine was used to evaluate the similarity.At the same time,the chemical pattern recognition analysis was carried out to screen the main symbolic components of the difference between batches,and the target and pathway analysis of the selected symbolic components were carried out in combination with network pharmacology.The results showed that the fingerprint of 14 common peaks was established.Seven common components were identified by reference substances.Four differential components were screened by chemical pattern recognition,which were rosmarinic acid,notoginsenoside R_(1),ginsenoside Rg_(1)and ginsenoside Rb_(1).Combined with network pharmacology,four compounds were considered as potential quality markers of Quyusanjie Capsule.The established fingerprint analysis method is simple and feasible.Combined with network pharmacology,relevant targets and pathways can be obtained as potential pharmacodynamic related substances,laying a foundation for the later study of pharmacodynamic mechanism.
