摘要
目的:探讨专科护士主导的可视化健康教育在无痛消化内镜检查(Digestive Endoscopy,DE)中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年9月-2021年6月来我院做无痛DE的患者76例作为研究对象,按抽签法1:1将所有患者分为对照组和研究组,每组均为38例,其中对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用科护士主导的可视化健康教育干预,对比两组患者焦虑、恐惧情绪、应激反应及检查依从性。结果:检查当天研究组患者状态焦虑(S-AI)评分为(21.32±3.21)分、特质焦虑(T-AI)评分为(20.59±4.46)分、恐惧评分为(1.25±0.21)分,均低于对照组的(27.65±3.59)分、(25.26±4.41)分、(1.49±0.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);检查当天研究组收缩压为(121.69±5.18)mmHg、舒张压为(71.36±5.89)mmHg、心率为(71.29±5.59)次/min,低于对照组的(126.36±5.82)mmHg、(75.21±4.71)mmHg、(76.54±5.43)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总依从率为94.73%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受无痛DE的患者,采用专科护士主导的可视化健康教育后,不仅能明显地减轻患者检查时不良情绪与生理应激反应,还能有效地提升其检查时的依从性。
Objective:To explore the application value of visual health education led by specialized nurses in painless digestive endoscopy(DE).Method:76 patients who underwent painless DE in our hospital from September 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were divided into a control group and a study group using a 1:1 lottery method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received visual health education intervention led by department nurses.The anxiety,fear,stress response,and examination compliance of the two groups of patients were compared.Result On the day of examination,the state anxiety(S-AI)score,trait anxiety(T-AI)score,and fear score of the study group patients were(21.32±3.21),(20.59±4.46),and(1.25±0.21),all lower than the control group's(27.65±3.59),(25.26±4.41),and(1.49±0.23)scores,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);On the day of examination,the systolic blood pressure of the study group was(121.69±5.18)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure was(71.36±5.89)mmHg,and heart rate was(71.29±5.59)beats/min,which was lower than the control group's(126.36±5.82)mmHg,(75.21±4.71)mmHg,and(76.54±5.43)beats/min,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The total compliance rate of the study group was 94.73%,which was higher than 78.95%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing painless DE,using visual health education led by specialized nurses can not only significantly reduce negative emotions and physiological stress reactions during examination,but also effectively improve their compliance during examination.
