摘要
随着“互联网+”经济的发展、4G的深入普及和5G网络的逐步覆盖,我国数字乡村建设得到了快速发展,但农村居民信息泄露事件频发,也暴露出当前信息安全法治保障的不足。信息安全法律保障体系尚未形成、缺乏系统的政府数据管理机制,以及农村居民信息安全意识相对薄弱,影响了数字乡村建设的全面推进。需要完善数据处理法律法规,建立政府数据管理机制,深入开展乡村普法教育,运用法治思维和方式保障农村居民信息安全。
With the development of"Internet+"economy,the in-depth popularization of 4G and the gradual coverage of 5G network,the construction of digital village in China has developed rapidly.However,the frequent information leakage incidents of rural residents have also exposed the inadequacy of the current legal protection of information security.The construction of rural residents’comprehensive information security awareness and the lack of legal protection mechanism have not yet formed,which has an impact on the construction of rural residents’digital information security system.We need to improve data processing laws and regulations,establish government data management mechanism,deeply carry out rural law popularization education,and use legal thinking and methods to ensure the information security of rural residents.
